慧洋-KY（2637）營運長趙子隆昨（14）日指出，散裝航運已脫離谷底，農曆年後運價雖然下跌，期貨市場日租卻是節節高升，慧洋今年將增13艘新船，現有船也將陸續換約調漲租金，加上中國與印度等對基礎建設與原物料需求，市場有機會迎來五年一循環的景氣高峰，公司業績可望提升。法人估慧洋今年EPS上看3.5元。

趙子隆透露，公司今年8萬多噸的卡爾薩姆型（Kamsarmax）船，去年的長約日租僅有5千餘美元，今年約已經有超過1萬美元的日租，農曆年後因中國大陸工廠開工較晚，運價回跌，但是從期貨市場來看，海岬型船目前日租約4,630美元，第2季期貨價8,100美元，第3季10,500美元，第4季14,760美元，呈現節節高升狀況。

慧洋未來四年有21艘新型節能船隻建造中，今年預計有13艘交船，業績成長來源無虞。

去年因散裝航運市況低迷，加上日圓一度升值，拖累慧洋全年營運表現，2016年合併營收106.79億元，年減4.6％，自結稅前淨利15.38億元，年減約33％，每股稅前盈餘為2.96元。

今年波羅的海綜合指數（BDI）已自谷底翻揚，趙子隆分析，看好散裝航運景氣樂觀的理由有三：一是國際船舶環保及安全法規的新規定，勢必增加新造船舶及營運船舶成本，以致部分船東考量減少營運船舶艘數或退出市場。

二是新造船訂單持續創新低，加上20年以上老船逐漸減少，船東拆船意願增加，加速整體船舶運力的調整，有助建立新一波市場供需秩序。

此外多數業者對景氣仍抱持觀望態度，主要是前一波散裝航運景氣的過度擴張、大張旗鼓建造新船，造成嚴重運力過剩、價格崩盤，有過這些經驗教訓，可以讓這波景氣復甦走得更為健康，這是他對市場抱持樂觀的第三個理由。

慧洋目前擁有114艘船舶，是國內規模最大的船商，平均船齡約6年，其中，節能船近五成，今年預計交付的13艘船隻全是高毛利的新型節能船，運價高於一般船舶兩成五到三成，有助提升公司整體運力與競爭力。

【記者柯安聰台北報導】農林公司（2913）14日公告出售苗栗竹南鎮2.7萬多坪土地，獲利6.22億元，預計明年入帳，貢獻EPS約0.8元，利多消息激勵股價放量上漲，資產股招牌果然吸睛。

農林公司9月29日股東臨時會完成改選董監事，10月中旬董事會決議再次推舉林金燕續任董事長，一度出現波折的董監改選案終告落幕，10年多來，一肩扛起農林公司財務重建工程重任的林金燕，一方面感謝董監事及股東的支持，一方面也因為改選案引發的風波餘波盪漾，難掩受到誤解與委曲的心情。

林金燕表示，民國95年她接任農林董事長，積極從事財務結構改善，如私募、資產重估、減資、現增、發行可轉換公司債及處份閒置資產、轉投資等，並自98年起發放現金股利，並於101年起，曾創下本業獲利2.35億元，年度淨利9.45億元的佳績，不負股東托付，成功創造歷史，對曾負債高達近百億元的農林，這完全是不可能的任務，但在她手上完成。

在公司治理的評鑑中，林金燕表示，證交所與櫃買中心主辦的第二屆公司治理自評中，農林公司在1447家上市櫃公司中，名列前20%，顯示農林公司資訊透明，公司治理運作執行得宜。（評鑑期間104.01.01-104.12.31，並於105年4月公布排名）；與此同時，農林公司雖非屬於強制編制企業社會責任報告書公司，但已提前在104年6月起編制[103年台灣農林股份有限公司企業社會責任報告書]及104年台灣農林股份有限公司企業社會責任報告書]，且上傳公開資訊觀測站。

至於五鐵秋葉原租約，林金燕表示，亦未損害農林公司權益。她說，農林公司對五鐵秋葉原所有之應收款皆已於105年4月底前收回，並未放棄任何追討債權權利，且此租約已於105年7月15日到期，租賃標的已全數清空，由農林公司接管。

林金燕表示，農林公司在股東臨時會改選董事前夕，無端遭受誇大與不實指控，仍積極配合主管機關監理，說明各項營業與決策，保障股東權益，她期待股東與員工上下一心，一起為公司努力，再創佳績。（自立電子報2016/11/16）
